The CEO Reiza Mardeanna Mohd Rusdi is the founder of the company. Acquiring 16 years of combined experience from banking to procurement to an employer of 40 employees.
Experience in managing human skills, international negotiation, winning multimillion and long term contracts. Started with proposal of Ironsteel Safety Shoe for Petronas Carigali, Introduction and winning first contract for NOREQ AS lifeboat. She is also responsible to bringing in personnel transfer basket - SAFETRANSFER into Malaysia replacing the X brand for est 20 over years.
TOM was created on the basis of unentertained and odd item enquires. It firstly begun when a client wanted to purchase online items but couldn’t find many supplier with the specified payment method addition it has to be a local company.
Since the purchase method is highly risky, TOM was the very few company entrusted to carry out this credit card purchase on their behalf using MOTTO facility. To gain this facility from the bank was another challenge. Support letter from client was the catalyst of the approval from the bank.
